What we collect
Your name, email and shipping address when you order; your skin quiz answers if you are signed in; and basic analytics about which pages get visited. We do not collect health records, and quiz answers are stored against your account only so you can look them up again.
Why we collect it
To ship orders, run subscriptions, answer your emails and understand which products people find useful. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your cart and session working. Analytics cookies are optional and only set if you accept them in the banner. You can change your mind by clearing site data in your browser.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Marketing emails stop the moment you unsubscribe. Quiz results and account data are deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted by emailing hello@lumaorganics.com. We reply within 30 days and we never charge for it.
Payment data
Card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers. We only store the last four digits and the amount for your order record.
