Shipping & returns

Shipping rates

  • Free standard shipping on US orders over $50.
  • Flat $5.95 standard shipping under $50, delivered in 2–5 working days.
  • Expedited 1–2 day shipping at checkout for $14.95.
  • Canada and the UK from $12.95, typically 6–10 working days.

Processing

  • Orders placed before 12pm ET on a working day leave the same day.
  • Everything is made in small batches — if something is briefly out of stock we email you before shipping the rest.
  • Parcels are plastic-free: paper tape, moulded pulp inserts, recyclable cartons.

Returns

  • Unopened products can be returned within 60 days for a full refund.
  • Opened products that irritated your skin are covered by the Sensitive Skin Promise — refunded without a return.
  • Refunds land back on the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
  • Kits are refunded as a whole; individual kit items can't be returned separately.

Subscriptions

  • Subscribe & save takes 15% off every shipment.
  • Skip, reschedule, change the interval or cancel any time from your account — no phone calls.
  • We email you three days before each shipment so nothing arrives as a surprise.
