Orders
An order is accepted when we email your confirmation. If a product is mispriced or unavailable we will contact you before charging and you can cancel without penalty.
Pricing and taxes
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. International orders may incur customs duties, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Subscriptions
Subscribe & save renews automatically at the interval you chose until you cancel. You can skip, reschedule or cancel at any time in your account before the next processing date, and we email you three days ahead of every shipment.
Product claims
Luma Organics products are cosmetics. They are intended to cleanse, hydrate and support the skin barrier. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing here replaces advice from a qualified clinician.
Use of this site
You may not scrape, resell or republish our content, product photography or ingredient write-ups without written permission. Reviews you submit may be displayed publicly with your first name.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not affect your statutory rights.
